About us

heavendoo.in is operated by Heavendoo Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation registered in India. By using this website or donating, you agree to these terms.

Donations

  • All donations are voluntary and made in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • We accept online donations only from Indian citizens, including NRIs holding an Indian passport, as required by the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010. By donating you confirm that you are an Indian citizen and that the funds are your own.
  • You confirm that the details you provide — including your PAN for 80G receipts — are accurate and your own.
  • Donations are used for the cause you choose. If a programme is fully funded, we may use your gift where it is needed most, in line with our charitable objectives.
  • Tax benefits under Section 80G depend on our registration being valid, on your tax regime and on applicable law. Please consult your tax advisor.

Monthly donations

By choosing a monthly gift you authorise a recurring charge through Razorpay (UPI AutoPay, card or eNACH mandate) until you cancel. You can pause or cancel anytime by emailing contact@heavendoo.in or from your UPI app; changes take effect from the next billing cycle.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks or payment networks. See our refund & cancellation policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
