One-time donations
Donations go to work quickly, so they are generally non-refundable. However, if you made a mistake — for example a wrong amount or a duplicate payment — write to us within 7 days at contact@heavendoo.in with your payment ID, and we will refund it.
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. If an 80G receipt was already issued for that donation, it will be cancelled.
Failed payments
If money was debited but your payment failed, there is nothing you need to do. Razorpay and your bank refund it to your account automatically, usually within 5–7 working days.
Monthly donations
You can pause or cancel a monthly gift at any time — email us or cancel the mandate from your UPI app or bank. Cancellation stops future charges; amounts already given are not refunded, except in the case of an error reported within 7 days.
