Heavendoo Foundation ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit heavendoo.in or make a donation, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
- Donation details: your name, email, mobile number, amount, chosen cause and any dedication you add.
- Tax receipt details (optional): PAN and postal address — only if you ask for an 80G receipt.
- Payment information: processed entirely by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
- Usage data: anonymous information such as pages visited and device type, to improve the website.
Why we use it
- To process your donation and send you a confirmation and receipt.
- To issue 80G receipts and file statements (Form 10BD) with the Income Tax Department, as required by law.
- To send you updates about the impact of your gift. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To meet our legal obligations, including under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your data. We share it only with Razorpay (to process payments), the Income Tax Department (for 80G reporting), and service providers who help us send emails — each bound to protect it. If you choose to appear on our supporters list, only your first name is shown.
How long we keep it
We keep donation records for at least 8 years, as required by tax law. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent for updates, by writing to contact@heavendoo.in. We will respond within 30 days.
